They were very quick. They went above and beyond and added an extra spring as well as oiling it all up to get everything running smoothly. They were very kind, professional, and respectful of our property. They had it done in 20 minutes and got us on the schedule the next day! We definitely recommend and will use again if needed.
Really great experience. They came next day to replace my opener, and were just great to deal with. No big company nonsense. Just honest folks. They were also incredibly professional. They put in all the effort to leave everything tidy. I’m really picky about cables and such from my job, and didn’t feel like I needed to mess with anything. I explained the original bizarre opener I inherited from the last homeowner and they came prepared with a replacement that dealt with my space limitations. It was cheaper than me buying a replacement of what I had plus it was installed the next day instead of my family being annoyed with me getting around to it. Well worth it.
